Our client, a leading Saudi Group, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Director to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive transformative change across the Group sectors; Construction, Water & Power, Real Estate, Facilities Maintenance, Technology and more. 

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in strategy development, enterprise-level project management, and operational model refinement. They will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, high energy, and a hands-on approach to achieving results. The Transformation Director will be pivotal in setting and monitoring enterprise-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leading the development of corporate initiatives, and ensuring accountability throughout the transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation and execution of transformational strategies to propel organizational growth and enhance operational efficiency within the construction and other related sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Establish and oversee the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) to ensure seamless coordination of projects with strategic objectives, optimal resource allocation, and timely project completion.
• Define and monitor enterprise-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness and impact of transformation initiatives on the construction company's performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement corporate initiatives aligned with overarching strategic objectives.
• Drive the refinement of the organization's operational model to adapt to evolving market dynamics and position the company for sustained success.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels, including government entities, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and operational enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, while proactively mitigating risks associated with transformational endeavors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role driving transformational change within the construction and relevant industries.
• In-house consultancy experience.
• Solid background in strategy formulation, enterprise-level project management, and operational model optimization within a construction and relevant context.

This is a full-time (5.5 days a week) head office role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
