Operations Manager - City Cleaning Division:

BOSS Built Environment Ltd have been instructed by a leading Saudi Group who are involved in City Cleaning projects across KSA. The role would be Riyadh based and requires managing their portfolio of City Cleaning projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee city cleaning projects throughout Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to established schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Implement efficient operational strategies to optimize resource utilization, including manpower, equipment, and materials, across multiple project sites.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, government agencies, and local communities to facilitate smooth project execution and address any arising issues promptly.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols and training programs to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in cleaning operations.
• Analyse project performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and meet project objectives.
